Payments & Fees
Businesses top up their balance with no additional fees. When a shift begins, funds are held as a Security Deposit. Once the worker checks out via the app at the location, funds are automatically released to the worker's wallet — no middlemen involved.
Workers: 0% wage commission. Businesses: 6% platform fee + 1% Protection Fund contribution. No subscription fees, no top-up fees, and no hidden costs.
Trust & Verification
Yes. All transactions run on a Security Deposit system that guarantees funds until the shift is confirmed complete. Both workers and businesses must pass identity verification before transacting. We comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
Workers must upload their ID card, a facial photo for liveness check, and bank account details. We also display public two-way reviews — shift history and reputation are visible to businesses before they accept applications.
The Protection Fund is a community-managed fund sourced from 1% of each transaction. It covers member emergencies such as workplace accidents, delayed business payments, or disputes. Managed transparently by the community.
Coverage & Support
Daily Worker Hub is currently active in major Javanese cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya) and expanding to Bali, Medan, and Makassar. Sign up for free even if your city isn't covered yet — we'll notify you when it is.
Our moderation team reviews evidence from both parties (QR check-in, chat logs, location photos). Funds remain secure in the Security Deposit during the process. In certain cases, the Protection Fund can be used to assist the affected party.
