Day Cleaner / Day Ambience Attendant This Is Bali, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Position: Day Cleaner / Day Ambience Attendant (Public Area) Outlet: This Is Bali Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Shift: 07:00 - 15:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break) Rate: IDR 130,000 per shift Uniform: Provided Working Days: Including weekends & public holidays What You'll Do - Keep guest toilets clean, fresh, safe, and ready at all times. - Make sure restaurant public areas always look clean and welcoming. - Regularly check toilets, floors, tables, pathways, and high-touch areas. - Make sure tissue, soap, and other guest supplies are always available. - Quickly handle spills, dirt, or anything that needs attention. - Help maintain the overall clean and beautiful ambience of the restaurant. - Spot and report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor. - Be proactive - if you see something that needs cleaning, don't wait to be asked.

Assistant Waiter / Waitress This Is Bali, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Position: Assistant Waiter / Waitress (Service Support) Outlet: This Is Bali Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Shift: 15:00 - 23:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break) Rate: IDR 130,000 per shift Uniform: Provided Working Days: Including weekends & public holidays What You'll Do - Set up cutlery, napkins, tables, and other service items. - Support the Main Server during guest service. - Clear plates, glasses, and table items quickly and properly. - Reset tables and make them ready for the next guest. - Bring towels, freebies, welcome snacks, and guest amenities. - Assist the Main Server with whatever is needed during service. - Keep dining and service areas clean, neat, and ready. - Communicate guest requests or concerns to the Main Server or Supervisor. - This role does not independently take guest orders.

Steward This Is Bali, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Position: Steward (Dishwashing / Kitchen Support) Outlet: This Is Bali Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Shift: 07:00 - 15:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break) Rate: IDR 130,000 per shift Uniform: Provided Working Days: Including weekends & public holidays What You'll Do - Wash and sanitize plates, cutlery, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Make sure everything is clean and ready for the next service. - Keep the stewarding and dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe. - Support the Kitchen and Service Teams during busy operations. - Sort and handle waste according to restaurant procedures. - Keep floors and working areas clean, dry, and safe. - Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties. - Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards every day.
