How to Choose Dispatch Workers: 7 Must-Have Criteria for Hospitality
How to Choose Dispatch Workers: 7 Must-Have Criteria
Dispatch sends invitations directly to pre-verified workers. No manual Apply step — as a business you simply Accept or Decline. But you still need to know how to evaluate candidates.
7 Evaluation Criteria
1. KYC Verification Status
Workers with the KYC Verified badge have completed identity verification (KTP, NPWP, face photo). Lower risk of last-minute cancellations.
2. K3 / Kemenaker Certificates
For kitchen, housekeeping, and driver roles, a Kemenaker K3 certificate is essential. Display it on the profile before dispatch.
3. Reliability Score
A 0–100 score computed automatically from:
- On-time attendance (40%)
- Completed shifts without cancel (30%)
- Ratings from prior businesses (20%)
- Notification confirmation speed (10%)
Recommendation: dispatch only to workers with a score ≥ 70.
4. Relevant Role Experience
Workers with a track record in similar roles need less onboarding. Filter by role history.
5. Availability Match
Confirm the worker's availability matches your shift date and time. Profiles show real-time calendars.
6. Location / Radius
For urgent shifts, workers within a 5 km radius of your business can usually be on-site within 30 minutes.
7. Language
For guest-facing roles (server, bartender), verify basic English ability. Profiles show self-rated level.
