How It Works
How Daily Worker Hub Works
Four simple steps. Built for hotels, villas, restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs that need verified daily workers โ or for hospitality workers who want job invitations via WhatsApp.
4 Steps
- 1
Sign up
Create a free account as a worker or business. Email + WhatsApp only โ no lengthy paperwork.
- 2
Verify
Complete your profile and run identity verification. Worker: ID + WhatsApp + optional K3 certificate. Business: company profile + business registration / tax ID.
- 3
Match a job or worker
Businesses send dispatch invitations to verified workers. Workers accept invitations from businesses that match their role, location, and availability.
- 4
Work & get paid
Work the shift, check in/out via QR, finish the job, and receive daily payment directly from the business โ cash or transfer.

Use Cases by Business Type
Hotel & Resort
Four- and five-star hotels in Nusa Dua, Seminyak, and Ubud face three acute staffing spikes: holiday overbookings, sudden MICE events, and last-minute sick leave on the permanent team. Dispatch handles all three โ the hotel posts a shift 30โ180 minutes before it's needed, the system matches five to ten verified workers by reliability score, the hotel sends invitations, and the worker who accepts is locked in for the shift.
Villa & Private Estate
Boutique villas (2โ8 rooms) run on much smaller teams, typically 3โ6 people. Owner-operators lean on repeat hires for housekeeping, gardening, and a daily chef whenever a guest books more nights than usual. Dispatch keeps a per-villa shortlist of trusted workers โ every time occupancy spikes, the manager re-posts the shift in three clicks.
Beach Club & Venue Event
Beach clubs in Seminyak and Canggu are the highest-volume weekend event absorbers. Assembling a 12โ20 worker team for one afternoon-to-night shift (15.00โ23.00) becomes a routine dispatch operation โ the owner posts three to four roles at once (steward, bartender, runner, kitchen helper), the system invites 50โ80 verified candidates, collects confirmations, and finalises the briefing over WhatsApp.
