Waitress - Acai Queen Ubud Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Position: Waitress (F&B Service + POS + Cashier) Outlet: Acai Queen Ubud Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia (reliable personal transportation preferred) Shift: 15:00 - 23:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break) Rate: IDR 130,000 per shift Uniform: Provided Working Days: Including weekends & public holidays Applicant Note: Female applicants only - direct guest-interaction role What You'll Do - Greet and serve guests in our fast-paced acai cafe. - Take orders accurately and confidently. - Make natural small talk with local and international guests. - Recommend bestsellers, add-ons, and menu combinations (incl. vegan, gluten-free, nut-allergy options). - Operate digital POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately. - Keep guest tables and service counters clean, sanitized, and guest-ready. - Restock, wipe tables, prepare service equipment, organize the service area during downtime. - Take initiative - see what needs to be done and do it. - Work closely with Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and Supervisor teams. Key Requirements - FEMALE applicants only. - FLUENT IN ENGLISH (required) - direct guest interaction; comfortable speaking English naturally for small talk, order-taking, basic menu Q&A, and handling basic guest requests or complaints confidently. - Engaging and expressive service style - warm, welcoming, friendly, attentive, and ready to serve with a genuine smile. - Available for BOTH morning AND afternoon/evening shifts. - Available to work weekends and public holidays. - Able to follow the monthly roster and flexible with operational needs. - Based in or around Ubud, OR has reliable personal transportation. - Committed to arriving 10-15 minutes before shift start; reliable and punctual every day. Preferred Experience - Quick to learn menu, ingredients, and dietary info (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut Allergies). Comfortable recommending bestsellers, add-ons, and menu combinations. - Basic ability to operate digital POS systems; accurate cash/card handling and cashier procedures (incl. daily register closing). - Follows standard F&B hygiene and sanitation practices; keeps service area guest-ready. - During downtime: restocks, wipes tables, prepares equipment, and organizes the service area. Takes initiative without waiting for instructions. - Works closely with Waitress, Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and Supervisor teams. - Minimum 6-12 months experience in a fast-paced cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B environment in Bali is preferred (fresh, motivated candidates with the right attitude are also welcome).
